How to submit a grant proposal
All grant proposals being submitted to The Campbell Foundation must include the following:

The legal name, address, telephone number and email address of the organization and the name of a representative who can be contacted directly.

The name and contact information of the principal investigator
-
Project title
-
An abstract of research plan written in lay language
-
One-sentence description of intended research
-
Technical narrative of the intended research
-
A copy of the principal investigator's Curriculum Vitae or BioSketch and a summary of previous HIV/AIDS projects in which you have been involved. Please include BioSketches for all collaborators

Project budget (one-year only) – detailed budget and justification of how the requested funds would be spent by category
-
The specific amount being requested from The Campbell Foundation

Other sources of funding, if joint. List of other sources of funding for this project (including funds received and funds under consideration)

A copy of the most recent letter of exemption from Federal Income Tax under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code
-
Disposition of research results and information-sharing intent
-
One electronic version of the complete grant proposal and all related CV's emailed to ken@campbellfoundation.net. Please attach one PDF file of the grant itself and another for all CV's/BioSketches
